At the end of each summer, the Nyhus team gathers together with friends and family to celebrate each other and all our hard work. It’s always great fun and this year was no exception.

The one big change was the introduction of a pie bake-off, and boy did the team rise to the occasion! A panel of tasters was assembled from the crowd and tasked with ranking each pie on taste, appearance and crust.

There were nine submissions and each was AMAZING. As with all competitions, a winner must be declared. Below are links to the three winning recipes.
