Challenge

Our client was forced to address reputational and legal challenges after an employee was accused of acting inappropriately to use confidential information and compromise the company’s cybersecurity integrity.

Nyhus worked to identify and prioritize key stakeholders for whom the company could serve as a source of accurate, up-to-date information while the crisis unfolded. We developed statements and other messaging to inspire confidence in internal groups and key partners, and supported the actions of legal counsel as lawsuits and countersuits were filed.

Our team managed media outreach and response, and ensured that our client’s perspective was represented in news reports.
