KRISTINE DANZINGER

Operations Manager

With more 15 years of experience in project leadership and volunteer management, Kristine brings to the Nyhus team skills in group facilitation, process development, team engagement and accountability and systems design. As operations manager, Kristine manages vendor relationships, develops systems to better support work, assists in the hiring and on-boarding of new staff, and facilitates team building and staff development.

Prior to joining Nyhus, Kristine focused on developing a life coach practice. She also spent more than eight years at Thrivent Financial in a variety of roles focused on member and employee engagement. As a membership structure re-design lead, she researched, designed and tested new ways to engage and connect Thrivent’s 2.3 million members. As a community organizer for the Lyndale Neighborhood Association in Minneapolis, Kristine supported volunteers in their community building and crime prevention efforts, managed events and revived a block club leader network.

Kristine has a degree in business administration and music from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisc. She is a Certified Life Coach with the International Coach Federation and Certified Scrum Master with the Scrum Alliance.

A native of Wisconsin and former resident of Minneapolis, Minn., Kristine enjoys going back to the Midwest to spend time with her family – most especially her 10 nieces and nephews. Locally, Kristine sings with Joyful!Noise, belongs to Plymouth UCC and is active in their Soul Choir, Ukulele Group and serves on Plymouth’s Community and Care Board. Weather permitting, Kristine bikes to work and loves to go kayaking or hiking in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest.
